unprotected making love, I've been having a lot of white, creamy discharge and I don't know if that's my body telling me something

I had sex with my EX boyfriend just over a weeks ago and it was unprotected (for reasons I'm not going into) and I think I was due on my period a couple of days ago (I'm normally on a week before my mum and she just finished hers) but my periods have been all over the place for the past 2 months so I don't know whether i am pregnant or not. I'm just really panicking about it because he got his girlfriend before me pregnant and she had an abortion. Also over the past week I've been having a lot of white, creamy discharge and I don't know if that's my body telling me I'm pregnant. I just need some advice on what to do and what the early signs of pregnancy are because I'm really scared. Thank you!
