unusual lump in my vigina what could this be ?

I`am 15 years old, i lost my virginity about 2 years ago. and for as long as i can remember i have had what feels like a penis coming out of the side of my vagina about a finger lengths in. i have been worried for years but never had the courage to seek help. i had this lump before i lost my virginity so i have no idea what it could be, as i heard you were more likely to get cancer down below if you had lost you virginity young.

please help? what could this be ? it is not a very big lump but feels like it has a slit in like the top of a penis

and is sometimes painful when inserting tampons and sometimes during intercourse
