i am fourteen years old and i noticed about 3 months ago a lump on my right testicle. i haven't yet gotten the courage to tell anyone because i don't know enough on the subject. The lump is about the same size as my testicle but is soft when i press on it. There is only pain when i touch it. What should i do?

Exact thing here, just got it tonight and searching for an answer. I've had one before and it cleared up. I hope this one does cause it feels like I'm constantly being kicked in the balls even though I haven't.
