Recently i woke up with obvious signs of a uti. I went to the doctor and they told me I had a heightened white blood count in my urine (like 25 and its supposed to be about 5 or 10) so im on medication for that. but I also have been spotting very very slightly. I was supposed to get my period last week. I feel period symptoms like breast tenderness, nausea, lower back pain but i still haven't gotten it. Im not sure if i should just wait to see for a few more weeks, or if i should try for a hpt?
