I'm so sorry to hear, I have also had a forceps birth 7 months ago. It was horrible, I have prolapse and also feel pain and feel open:(
Worse part is, after 12 hours of labor I was given the choice of forceps or c-section. Sigh I choose poorly find myself wishing the doctor with all the experience/education would have gone over my choices instead of just pick.
Anyway, did you ever get anything fixed?

I disagree. I had one daughter who is now 34 years old and ready to conceive just got married in 2021. I was 32 for her birth, didn’t dilate to 10 cm after days in the hospital. Doctors got my permission and prepped me for a c-section. I’d been without sleep since Sunday morning and it was Tuesday morning. I was delirious with pain from pitosin and the epidural would only work on one side. In the OR they said they could use forceps and make a small cut. No one else was there. I could not in that state have understood and made informed consent. All the Lamaze classes had not prepared me for this. I said yes. Her birth ruined my vagina. OB-GYN refused to see me after directed me to my GP who said everything was fine. Hubs wanted a divorce 1 1/2 years later. Sex was never the same. Fast forward I am now 65 and finally found a wonderful man that I want to marry. My vagina needs to be repaired. The episiotomy scar came apart slowly over many years. It goes from my vagina to the front of my anus. Intercourse is impossible due to pain at the back of the vagina. I’m going to seek the most qualified specialist to fix this. And I am WARNING MY DAUGHTER of what can happen and recommending a c-section. Don’t criticize others for sharing their beliefs of the risks of natural childbirth.
