I am 16 years old and have my third period. I have no extra pain (like some of my friends) and I can do the training the same day I get it (my friends cannot). I am wearing tampons on trainings, otherwise splints. I noticed some clots on them. They are the same color as blood, just sticky. Is that normal?

It is very hard to say without ultrasound. I sometimes also have these clots and I guess it is normal. Were you already to gynecologist? I recommend you go there. Woman’s genital are mostly not visible, only on ultrasound, so it would be very wise to go there after you get your first period. And do the exam once in a year.
