Hello. Perhaps someone in here can help us.
My wife has what appears to be a swelling in the roof of her vaginal canal. The best description I can give is that just inside the opening, the upper wall drops *way* down, almost to the point of closing the canal. This had made intercourse impossible.
Our baby was born by c-section back in February, and my wife is still nursing. I've read that pregnancy can throw things out of alignment for a while, but based on what we've found out, what we're experiencing isn't typical. Unless the c-section did something unexpected.
She has been to both her OBGYN and an urologist, and neither one can determine what's going on. Neither is denying that something may be there, but they can't tell what it might be. I'm worried that this may be something *very* serious.
Has anyone in here experienced something like this? And if so, how did you handle it?
Thanks in advance.
