I often wake up and feel unwell - headache, lethargy, feeling nausea. After a few hours I will often vomit milky like phelgm on a empty stomach - quite often 4 or 5 times . Then I feel unwell for next 24 hours - headaches, tirednes and cannot eat anything. Is it colitis or IBS ?

These symptoms happen regulary - every 2 o 3 weeks.
