I need help! Ever since my dad died in 4 th grade I had gained a lot of weight,40lbs? Around that. I have been trying to loose that weight since then,and it's been a couple of years.im 5'4 and want to loose more than 15 lbs.i only drink water,I'm trying to cut out some more things like less sodium,sugars,starches,stuff like that.......it hasn't gone very well.i played softball but I'm starting cross country when school starts back up,I run 8/10 of a mile every day.i have time to do more exersize but we just moved into a new house.Please give me ideas!
