I'm 18 and i am trying to lose 40 lbs by whenever... i've tryed pretty much everything... from counting calories to odd diets...
help!
i am very active with colorguard/marching band and last year i lost 25 lbs without trying to (i didnt change my eating habits at all) well when band ended and i broke my ankle in january needless to say i gained all of my weight back... i dont want that to happen again this year i want to lose weight and keep it off this time... any diet suggestions?
