I'm 19, 5'6 and 178 lbs. I need to lose about 50 lbs. I've heard so many ways to lose weight but don't know where to start. Can anyone help me?

Hi Kathleen,

Start with a visit to your doctor.  It's important to rule out any health concerns before starting on a diet. 

Fast and rapid are NOT the way to do it.  It is very difficult for the body to adjust. 

Most people have poor diets.  A strict balanced diet will provide your body with all the nutrients it needs.  Portion size is probably the biggest surprise to people that start dieting.  Tracking calories will help you realize how much you're eating versus what your body really needs.

Hii kathleen!!!! you must have to stat from your dieting... go for 30 minutes exercise on daily base. and avoiding junk foods will helps you to loss weight in quick way...
