weird burning sensation after urinating and could this be yeast infection?

hi there i really need some help. ever since i was a little kid i think i was like in grade 3, i came back from a family party and had to go to the washroom. i took a piss and after i felt weird, i felt like i needed to go again only a little came out. it didn't feel that comfortable and it was getting annoying so then i fell asleep. im 15 now and i still get this it comes and goes like maybe once a month? there was this one time when it really hurted. it really sucked i couldn't stop going to the washroom even if i went nothing came out it felt like i couldn't urinate i was in a lot of pain. the only thing i could do was go to sleep. i tried and luckily i did, im too scared to tell my parents since we cant really comunicate that well and too scared to go to the doctors since im a shy guy.

another thing is that im not circumsized so when i when i pull back my foreskin theres these little white dots. im really scared, i need to know what this is. im scared if its a yeast infection and if it is im scared its going to ruin my sex life. so please it would be nice if someone can help!
