Five ribs up on my right side I get this feeling like muscle movement, clicking but smoother. It's not painful, quite amusing actually but it does concern me. I've had it for a few weeks now and it happens everytime I breathe. It feels like something moving rapidly from one place to the other, I do not know if it is a muscle knot or not because I can't feel any knots. Does anyone know what it is?
