I have these weird flesh colored bumps with a hole in the middle on the shaft of my penis. What are these and how can I get rid of them? I have never had sexual contact or intercourse so I don't believe it would be an STD.

I have the same thing was a lump then grew a white/yellowish head and I popped, clear liquid and little bit of blood and I wiped it with a tissue and a little lump of white/yellow thing came out! Now it had just left a hole where it popped :/ really scared any help of what it could be I can't visit the doctor it's not something I want to show
