Hello. I'm 20 year old male and I'm very frightened right. That’s why I would like to hear more about one delicate problem.
I would like also to add that temporary- I'm not sexually active and I really doubt I will be soon, not until this condition resolve it self.
About a week ago I have noticed two small lumps on my scrotum and it really frightened me.
I didn’t touch it because I thought it will resolve by it self but not only that it didn’t yet-two more lumps showed on the base of my penis and I don’t know what to do about it.
Like I said, I didn’t have sex at least for a year now so it really couldn’t be some STD. What could be the cause!?

Hi. I see that you are really worried about all this and I will tell you more about it because I have experienced the similar condition last year. Problem with me is that I am sexually active and I thought I've got infected but luckily it turned out that those lumps are just inflamed hair follicles. My GP told me that this is the most common cause of genital lumps an that it can be very easily treated.
One of the other possible causes of genital lumps is trauma. You should also know one thing- skin on your penis and your scrotum is not much like other skin. It is often bumpy, lumpy especially on the shaft and some of these skin changes could be normal. If you are still worried- contacting your GP would be smart thing to do!
