I recently went to the ER for bad chest pains, (what i thought was chest pains) turns out with all the tests they ran, i needed to have my gallbladder out. I have my lab results and after looking at them and having the surgery I am just wondering if I need to have those labs rechecked I had several high (like almost 3 times the normal level) tests. They were ; the creatinine; the SGOT/AST; the SGPT/ALT; and ALK PHOSPHATASE. So I am wondering if having the galbladder removed would make all of these go back to normal, or were they caused by the needing to have the gallbladder out?
