Hi, guys. A guy from my class has been diagnosed with narcolepsy. I have read something about this disorder and it seems quite unusual to me. What does it feel like having such disorder? Can anyone tell me something more? I would really appreciate all your answers considering this. Thanks in advance.

Hi. When someone describes narcolepsy, it seems funny. However, I assure you it isn’t. It is a chronic sleepiness disorder where a person feels excessive sleepiness. He/she can fall asleep even while walking. In those cases some severe injuries may appear. Cataplexy and hallucinations are also possible. All pupils in your class must comprehend this disease and show understanding towards your classmate. I hope he will be fine. Bye!
