Iam 30 year old an i have one questin few days ago i have noticed some dots in testis red to blue color i think that is Angiokeratoma can anybody tell me more about this illness is it dangerous what medical can i use to cure .

Have you seen an urologist about this problem you may have?
It doesn't look like is dangerous but if left untreated and not looked at it then it may have the potential to be dangerous from infections or so.
Also, you need to see the doctor to get diagnosis as it is difficult to diagnose especially by eyeballing it. No, there is no medication for this illness (that I could see on Wikipedia) only surgery. So again, this is why I suggest Urologist.
