I have this blood type lump on my small finger just under my nail. It's not painfull but abit tender when I bang it. I have had it now for about 8 weeks. It started as a small red bit of blood under my skin. It got bigger quite quick, I popped it and it blead, but got bigger. Now it is as big as a pea, but dosn't bleed. Seen two doctors and a orthopeadict, all don't know what it is. I am having it removed soon hopefully but is getting bigger all the time and is very worrying. If anybody has had anything similar or knows what it is please reply.

First I thought it is an angiokeratoma because I was having something like that but now I am not sure. Anyway I will share my experience with you. Angiokeratoma is completely harmless and it is caused by blood vessels getting injured and bleeding under the skin. This can happen in a kitchen or in an ordinary walk, this part usually depends on how capable you are. Anyway after injuring yourself and with nowhere to go, the blood gets under the skin and causes that blue dot thing you're talking about or at least I think that this is the same thing we are talking about.

That bubble thing is just the original injury and needs to be lanced if it gets worse to relieve the dead blood and water out of it and since you have already done that I am not sure what is your next step and what are the doctors going to do to you. So could you share with me what has happened afterwards?
