Hello, 

I just want to know how do other men's scrotum feel like temperature wise - does it feel like quite chilly like cold water or normal water or warm in temperature when you touch/hold them. I know testicles should be 3-4 degrees below body temperature but how does it feel like to hands? I sometimes get quite warm temperatures so wondering if its normal or not!
