I don't think it's a learned technique. Most men's testicles will draw very close to the body just before ejaculation but some will draw in during the entire arousal phase. It's just different physiology.

I doubt it's something that you can do intentionally so try to explain that to your girlfriend. Next time you are flat on your back, masterbate and pay attention to your testicles.
