Precum is what comes out of the penis before he actually ejaculates. It CAN have sperm in it (so you CAN get pregnant from it) which is why the pull-out "method" doesn't work. Use protection!

Pre-cum is a fluid erected for ease of penetration for penis to the vagina. If you ejaculated that day or even the other day and not taking a pee.. Pre-cum can collect sperm cells on the urethra. BUT DON'T BE SCARED! As for others. Millions of sperm cells must be erected on the vagina to became pregnant. Why millions? Because vagina develops antibodies that destroys sperm cells (because it is a foreign organism) and when these Millions are together to enter the vagina, some sperm cells could go to the egg, but usually 200 of them survives. In other words. Pull-out method is accurate but be careful not to shot the load inside the birth place :)
