I know that stress is something that has to be avoided at any cost, because we cannot benefit from it and it is often a cause of many conditions. Still, we tend to stress out and sometimes it even has a physical manifestation. I have heard that some people react to stress with vomiting! What is your physical reaction to stress?

Stomach butterflies. And those were only if the stress was big, but not huge. In really stressful situations (long argues with a partner) some weird pain in the chest shows up. Luckily, I have that kind of stressing outs once or twice in a year. Anyway, I really do know how the stress can really mess up your life.
