You can go right to your nearest drug store and buy hemorrhoidal cream.
Preperation H is what comes to mind. It comes in a tube with another tube you attach. Insert the tube and apply. To make you more comfortable in between, you will find TUCKS at the same store right next to the Prep H. These are medicated pads that you place on your rectum to help sooth the pain from your roids.
The prep h actually shrinks the swelling roids.
I know they hurt, but really try this cream. :'(
