I am a 13 year old girl that just turned 13 my heart rate is average 30-50 bpm I swim every day for 2 hours I compete nationally but my moms family has very slow heart rates should I be concerned?

I am 13 and am 5 foot 5. I experience chest pains when breathing in deeply when lying on my side. My body feels weak when I'm hungry, I'm almost always tired and can only do about 3 jumping jacks without getting out of breath. I also do no excersize a week apart from two ours of PE in school. I eat a healthy diet with one or two chocolate bars a day and a chocolate mouse at lunch time. I do eat lots of fruit and vegetables. I also have a flat stomach and am the perfect weight for my height. What is wrong with me?

would have thought with all that working out ur heart would be slower , athletes or sporty people normally have lower heart rate

Hi I turn 14 in October. I am a girl. My heartrate is 114. Is that unhealthy? Should I see a doctor? Is this connected to why running and stairs make me out of breath really quickly even though I'm extremely fit ( I dance almost every day for at least two hours. I've been dancing since I could walk). Is this also why I sometimes get super dizzy and out of breath for no reason, making me need to sit down? It also causes me to not be able to see properly. I'll have my eyes open but all I can see is a kind of static, like on a tv. Sometimes my friends have to help me stand when this happens because I'm so dizzy and can't see. It also effects my hearing and my sense of balance, which is scary for me because I'm a dancer and I usually have perfect balance. Is it my heartrate that's causing all this????

I'm 13 years old. Have around 1-2 hours of exercise each weekday. May or may not have a heart condition but will only affect me in later life. My heart beats 63 times per minute. Is this healthy or should I be worried?

If your moms side of the family all have very slow heart rates and have doctors slips to say so I shouldn't be worried.
