I am in my period now and I know that I must use some vitamins and minerals as supplements. Also I know that with balanced meals and adequate food we can not take enough of those. You are right about this I am doing the same thing. But I already did my checking! You need to take these vitamins: Folic acid, B-6, B-12, also vitamins A, E, C, D, B-1, B-2, B-3, B-5 and Biotin. Also you need carotenoids, such are lycopene and beta-carotene. Minerals that you need are: zinc, calcium and chromium. It would be the best way to try to find all this in the same product.
