I would like to hear something about vegetarian food. How healthy it really is? What is the easiest way to become vegetarian? I guess this is the last thing I am trying in my battle against obesity. Do you have any advice for me? I do no have too much extra weight, but it bothers me a lot.

Many diets today are based on the vegetables and food vegetarians eat, but that does not mean you have to become one in order to loose weight. This means that you should try with exercises and decreased food intake for a beginning. I am not saying you should not try being a vegetarian, but you have other options too. Also, it is easy to become one, if you really want it, you just need strong will, nothing more.
