When Will I Get My Period?

Hi. I'm Elizabeth. I've been getting discharge in my panties for two years now. I am quite moody lately too. I've recently grown a lot and my shoes have got on two and a half sizes bigger in the past two months. I am 13. I weigh 110 pounds.  And I am 5 feet and 1 inch tall. Can someone please answer me? I would really like to know because I am going to a water park soon and I kind of want to have it before then.
