hey guys i'm 15 gonna be 16 in january. I have had some pubes around the base of my penis and a little underarm hair for about 2-3 years. My penis although is very very tiny, and my testicles have dropped but not grown, and my voice has gotten a little deaper. I've gotten alot bigger in my body size. I took one of my friends condoms and i couldn't come anywhere near filling it up 1/8 of the way. My other friend last year had not seemed to have even started puberty, but now he's fully through it.

As you've already noticed everybody matures at different rates. I wouldn't worry about the condom thing.
You say you have "some" pubes and a "little" underarm hair. From your description it sounds as if you are still in the early stages of puberty. Give it some time. You are normal.
It does seem to happen all of a sudden for some guys so hang in there.

Well like Dan said it is not something that happens over night. You will have to be patient. You are still young and your puberty is not even half way through. I don't think that condom thing should upset you because not everybody is same. And everybody grows in it's own way. You will also experience some new things. Like your dipper voice for instance. That was a new thing for you.
By gaining body size do you mean like you grew a little bit or your muscles have gotten bigger?
