29yr male 178lbs (now) 5'9 athletic shape

for the past year i have had chest pains with constant tightness some days worse than others. i have heart palpitations (at rest) i passed out on 3 seperate occasions from them. i have had numerous stress tests, ekg's, holter monitors, and medications with no cardiac signs of problems. in the past year i have lost 30lbs (muscle mass)with out a change to diet or my execise plan, and have lost 11lbs in the last month since my last check up. i do not lift heavy weight but am fit.

over the past month and a half my lower left rib is very painful to the touch (without injury)all the way to my spine and is now painful all the way up the front of left ribs to my sternum. the bump at the bottom of my sternum can barley be touched and when it is it pops. when i take deep breaths it hurts really bad under my sternum and is a constant burning tightness

i was refered to an internist with comments of possible bone marrow testing and my apointment is in a couple of days. so now that i'm good and scared without sleep what do you think

I have the same symptoms... started off with heart palpitations, sinus tach one a couple of occasions and passed out (broke jaw one time). Heart ultrasound, holter monitor, metoprolyl for medication and no confirmed diagnosis till this day. Within the last month or so, I've noticed a slight bump on my upper sternum/lower esophagus, it's a little sore to touch. When I rub it, it makes a clicking/popping sound like a little piece of plastic being crumpled deep under my skin. Shortly after I get sharp chest pains and feel a bit like my chest is caving in. I too, have lost about 30-40 pounds within a couple months time...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.....
