white/brown gum like discharge

%-) hi while I was getting into my P.J's I started to pull down my panties and noticed that there was a white substance hanging and it was coming from my vigina. I literally pulled it out and am totally scared. its almost like a elastic or like chewing gum. this is the second time its happened but there is no discomfort what so all. I’m just worried. %-)
