I have a red and a little white pimple or bump on the tip of my tongue.It has been there for 2 months.It does not hurt even when I touch it.I was just wondering if someone can tell me what it is.I do dip skoal but only for about a year but trying to stop the habit.I 15 years old so I would not think it was cancer but if someone can tell what they think it is thanks.

Since you are very young it would be wise to talk to your parents about this problem. Maybe it is absolutely nothing but 2 months is more than enough for some harmless bump to goes on its own.
Did you do anything that could cause damaged taste bud? I seriously doubt that it is cancer or some other serious condition but it is very hard to say what is in question.
If you tell to your parents they will take you to the doctor so he can determine the right diagnosis and prescribe appropriate treatment.
Hopefully you will get rid of this bump soon and without any procedure included. Good luck with this and keep us posted.
