Hi, I have these little white (but yellow looking) kind of patches that are close together (grouped) on the inside of my penis. I dont know what these are or how to get rid of them, i would show a picture so if you want one ill email you it because im really scared to go doctors about this and i want to know what this is as its very embarassing and no guys have it. They are smooth to the touch, you can barely feel any bump althought there is a slight one :/ Thanks

NEVER send a picture of your genitals over the internet.
Look up "fordyce spots" or "pearly penile papules". I'm guessing you have the latter.
Both are normal and NOT an STD.
