Do you think its fair to lead on a guy/girl? If you think yes please explain!
I honestly do not think it's fair, I have had a guy lead me on...and I felt like a complete ass...so I think that if you are not interested you should be honest with either him/her!

Yes, of course you should be honest and stuff but there are many things to it. When a person is honest, everything is every clear, there is no intrigue and people get bored with the relationship especially when you are young and looking only for fun and sex (with young guys).
When people get older, they start looking for something else like honesty, good communication and someone they could spend their time with and have children as well. So, older people lead on less but it doesn’t mean that they don’t.
Now, leading on can be interpreted in many ways but I suppose that you think of the harshest way of the word. That is bad and makes people sad and feel dumb, but you will have a lot of it in your life, so you need to learn to recognize it and then think if you are willing to put up with it (if you have other interests from that relationship) or if you are just going to quit.
I used to lead on guys when I was younger, when I didn’t think about serious relationships and what it meant and what it would bring but when I decided to be nice and not do that anymore, of course I became a target for leading on (not for long though, hehe). What goes around comes around! So, you have to see and recognize things, so that you can act on what you think is best for you. Good luck!
