Hi, I am 22 years old and it looks like I am slowly developing some environmental allergies, I should mention hay fever as the first one. Anyway, will I be the one who will have to take corticosteroid tablets? Or are there some other, mild medications that will help me? Please, I need some advice...

Corticosteroids are very effective when dealing with allergies and they are also used by the asthmatics with their breathing problems. Even though those are not light medications, they are applied locally, which means that their effect will remain only in the affected area, it will not spread throughout the entire body.
