I'm 24 and I have been having this yellow discharge from nipples every time I do a breast exam. The discharge is a clear yellow. It comes out of both nipples and there's a good amount of it when I squeeze it out. It has been bothering me since it stains my clothing and it has been increasing in amount over time. It's making worried if I have something. I do my exams everyday and I haven't found and any lumps or cysts. Can anyone tell what it is?

Hi, nipple discharge from both breasts is normally seen as normal, is it only if you squeeze then or wearing a bra or does it happen if you don't have a bra on without touching them too?

I do wear a bra everyday. Although it sometimes comes without squeezing them most of the time in the shower. The amount has increased over time as the first time it was just a tiny drop as now there is enough to fill a quarter of one of those cups you get on a cough syrup bottle. It is a problem and I do want it to stop.

Try going braless when you can and don't squeeze them for a while as some say that helps.
