Well, it depends of the quality of the sleep. For instance, 6 hours of uninterupted sleep, is better than 10 of interupted one. Napoleon advocated 'six hours of sleep for a man, seven for a woman, and eight for a fool' He he. But it all matters from the quality of sleep.
