Hi, I can not sleep at night. So, during day I am always exhausted and fatigue. In the evening I believe I would sleep like baby, but even when I fall asleep I wake up whole night.

Hi, do you consider yourself to be overstressed? Are you under constant pressure? If answer is yes, then it could be reason for unhealthy waking up during night, and inability to stay asleep. Not everyone has the same needs for sleep, some persons need 5 hours and some 9 or 10 to function optimally next day. So, eight hours of night sleep is a myth. It is advisable to take a hot bath before going to the sleep. Take tea mixture for relaxation and inducement of sleep containing lavender, chamomile, melissa, menthe and other herbs with tranquilizing properties.
