it sounds as though you are not aroused enough. you need to get aroused so that you get wet and loosen up. if there is nolub then even fingering will be painful. if you cannot get natural lube from your vagina buy some like ky jelly and use plenty of that. the more aroused/relaxed you are the less it will hurt.
