why i do not get wet dreams even if i dont ejaculate for 40 days as i stopped masturbation which i was doing since age of 12 till now to 28 and there is jelly like substance too in my semen ..75% motile/ 5% non motile some dead sliggish and some pus cells..per 3 ml is it healthy or serious please inform me .
