Hi, guys. I have read somewhere that older people should avoid eggs. This is something new for me, so I would like to know if this is true. If it is true, why is it like that? I will gladly hear out all your opinions about this. Your help is more than welcomed here. Thank you in advance.

Hi, there. I am sure that older people should not avoid eggs totally. Maybe they should just limit themselves in their intake. Eggs are rich with cholesterol. It brings risks for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. If a person has survived stroke or heart attack, he/she should definitely decrease the number of eggs in a diet. However, I think a nutritionist should be consulted about details. He will tell you the exact number of eggs one can take. I hope this helps. Bye!
