Hello. I think that for every vitamin, balanced food is an important part for getting an adequate amount. B12 is present in milk, eggs and meat. We all eat this. There are other sources like soy products. Vegans should take supplements since their diet is poor with B12. Spirulina is one of the supplements. It contains algae.
