will PREGNANCY SYMPTOMS occur TWO DAYS after conception?

i had sex with my girlfriend with out any safety. i didn't completely penetrate my penis into her vagina and i'm sure that she is still virgin. i just made contact my penis with her vagina.. and i cum for two times like that and very sure that i took off my penis by the time of ejaculation.. nothing entered into her body as i think. after two days she said that she is having symptoms such as headache, vomiting, slight body temperature and after that day she didn't face any sickness. After ten days she didn't get her periods(as i red delay in menstruation cycle is the major symptom of pregnancy) but she said that OVUM GOT RELEASED from her body. 36th day arrived but she didn' have her menstruation cycle. Fully worried. please do help us. If it was positive we will be fired from our homes. we cant repent for what we have done but please do suggest some lines.

There is always a risk of pregnancy with any sexual contact. You had your penis in contact with her vagina. If there was any penetration, no matter how slight, neither of you would still be a virgin.

The ovum is released during ovulation. That would have been about two weeks after her last period started.

No, you won't show symptoms after two days. It is unlikely, even if she were to get pregnant, that the egg would even implant that quickly.

Yes, a missing menstruation can indicate pregnancy. If she's been ill or under a lot of stress, it can be late too.

At this point she needs to take a pregnancy test. Be sure she uses her first morning urine. It is more concentrated so the results will be more accurate.

but what about the release of ovum from her body? its normal like. i read that if the lady is pregnant ovum wont release from her body.. and if it was positive after the test what we have to do if she doesn't want to carry a baby.

You're referring to her menstruation, it is more than just the release of the ovum. It is her body releasing the lining of her uterus and the ovum.

She won't have a menstruation, also called her period, if she's pregnant. There can still be some bleeding though.

If she tests positive then you both have to make a decision. There are options, you can put the baby up for adoption for one. If you choose to terminate the pregnancy you will need to see a doctor. There is NO safe way otherwise. Eating certain foods or taking certain drugs likely will NOT work and may end up causing the birth of a baby with severe defects.

she said that she is having backache which she faces before her menstruation and if her menstruation occurs then she can be still pregnant? how to know the difference between vaginal bleeding and menstruation cycle?

Pregnancy is definitely possible in the situation you describe — so if she's not pregnant now, and you don't want her to be and she doesn't want that, make sure you begin using contraception!!!

Now, about whether it is possible to experience the early signs of being pregnant two days after conception. That is a controversial topic. Some women swear that they do experience early signs of pregnancy before the embyro implants into the uterus. Of course, the pregnancy hormones generally thought to be the cause of these symptoms aren't being made yet, but egg and sperm did join and perhaps some kind of chemical reaction is going on. Or otherwise, it's just intuition.

Here's the thing. The morning after pill is effective for up to 72 hours after unprotected sex. Something to keep in mind, perhaps?
