worried because I'm cramping but noperiod

hello, I'm 16, wondering if I'm pregnant or not. so my boyfriend was eating me out, and he only had on basketball shorts that's it. & he came up too kiss me and layed in my private part for about 2-3 seconds, & I pushed him then looked in his shorts, it was smeared like precum inside. before this I was jacking him off he was about to cum but we stopped cause he had to pee, I got my period a week and a half after this. it was normal, & I took 4 test that were all negative. It was a month and half ago, I'm just worried because I'm cramping but noperiod yet, I have no symptoms I do pee a lot but that's from my recent urine tract infection again, do you guys think I'm just to stressed?? please help me?
