Hello, I am 34 years old and I have a problem. I am taking birth control pills for almost three years now ever since I delivered my second child. But the problem is with the eyes now. It seems that I suffer from an early stage of glaucoma. Would taking birth control pills affect glaucoma? Is there any interaction?

The fact is that some medication can have side effects that can affect your vision with blurriness but I don’t think that this can have a long term effect. Are you treating your glaucoma in any way? Have you considered to have a surgery for your glaucoma? My suggestion would be to talk to your doctor about surgery because many find it very beneficial and doctors suggest it often as well.
