It has been a month since first taking Zicam. I took it as directed--every 3 hours and during the time, I have been less prone than usual to all cold symptoms. It appears to work very well. I am surprised, since I have a very bad history of cold and sinus symptoms. Most people that I have recommended it to report a benefit, although I have also found that some of the people don't seem to benefit from it.

I think that zicam is one of the best things to come along in years as a Cold Remedy.
The other night as I was going to bed, I noticed the first onset of cold symptoms., so I told my sister that she should pick me up some Zicam to try, because I had heard it advertised on radio. She got some, but it was when I got home from work the next day and about an hour after taking the first dose I was already feeling some relief. Zicam reduces the symptoms and shortens the duration of a cold and I strongly recommend.
