When I came from the seaside, I was all red and in burns of the sun. I haven’t been in the sun that much, I was in the shade most of the time, and I was using sun protection cream. Some people say, that this birth control that I am taking, yasmin, could have caused this irritation to the sun. Is it possible?

Hi, it is very possible that yasmin is the cause to your burn out. It is said that bc pills and even some medicines can contribute to skin burns and adverse skin reactions. So, next time you decide to go in the sun for longer period of time, ask your gyno for an advice. Be aware of the tanning boots, it is the same with them.
