I have issues with gluten intolerance that hurts my digestive system. I’m a girl who just turned 13 and I normally get around 1 hour of exercising. (Most often swimming.)
I eat healthy but I’m self conscious and suck in my belly. I can make my stomach from a mountain to flat. I do this so often that even when nobody is around Im constantly catching my self suck in. Is this bad?? I’ve had my growth spurts and my breast’s are more developed than anyone in my class and I’ve had my period already but I feel scared that I may or might become obese and fat.
