Hi,I'm a 14 year old girl and im 5 ft 5 inches and i weight about 220 lbs my goal is about 125 or 130 lbs. I've had problems with my weight for a long time. I take lot's of med's for my mental problems. my weight has gone up and down with different med's i have been on and its hard to stay at the weight i what to stay at. i was wondering if anyone knows of a good diet that i can use to lose weight and to stay on a healthy diet.
