Hi,

I'm a 19 year old virgin male. For the past two days I've been having slight pain in my right testicle. I've been checking for lumps on my testicle for the past two years and I haven't noticed any signs of even a slight change in my testicle structure. The pain isnt there when I'm sitting, mostly not there when I'm walking. It's almost neglegible. I checked all the possible diseases associated with testicular pain but not one of their symptoms matched mine. Plus, I'm not sexually active so I know the pain isn't an STD. According to me there's two possible reasons for my pain:

1. When I sleep on my bed, it bends down from the middle, so maybe during the night to support myself, I moved my leg in the wrong direction and probably caused some sort of injury.

2. For a couple days before my pain, I was wearing my tightie whities (briefs) when going to bed for a nap due to my heavy university courseload.

I also haven't noticed any rash or any irregularities with my testicles. The pain doesn't seem to be increasing either.

What could this possibly be? How long should I wait before considering myself in the red zone?

I am a 77 year old man and the last two times I have not been able to ejaculate due to not having enough semen when having sex with a 40 year old woman. Anyway the last time, yesterday I noticed that my left testicle is sore when I feel it. It is still sore today. Usually if I wait for a week I have no problem ejaculating. Maybe I should wait before I have another woman! Or is this like blue ball soreness?
